Cumin cheese 30+ is characterised by its subtle cumin flavour. The characteristic red colour of the rind is a nod to the traditional Leiden cheese, but the special recipe makes the cheese much smoother, despite its low-fat content.

Cumin cheese is delicious Gouda cheese with the addition of cumin. Cumin seeds and curd are mixed during the preparation of the cheese. In this way, the cumin seeds are balanced throughout the cheese. The longer the cheese matures, the more the characteristic spicy and nutty taste of cumin comes into its own. The cumin cheese range consists of three age variants.
