Fresh milk is the basis for the herb cheeses that are soft and mild in flavour. This allows the herbal additions to come into their own. There is a cheese for every taste: from slightly spicy (riper cheese) to nutty (fenugreek cheese) to sharp (sambal cheese). The herb cheese assortment consists of eight variants.
